Our origin · Evidence and boundaries

Where Agentsable came from, and what we can actually prove.

Agentsable is not a media brand that decided to teach AI. It grew out of delivery work at Spice Routes, from a problem we kept running into and eventually built a method around. Below is that origin, followed by a plain list of what we can and cannot evidence.

  1. 01

    Observation

At Spice Routes we kept meeting the same pattern in client teams: everyone had access to capable AI tools, and almost nobody could tell whether the output was safe to act on. Tool adoption was near total. Capability was near zero. The bottleneck was judgment, and no amount of additional tooling touched it.

  2. 02

    Intervention

Instead of running another enablement workshop, we changed the format: short mechanism level theory, then people building their own thing in the room, then a review of the decision rather than the artifact. We deliberately let builds fail in front of everyone and spent the review time on the diagnosis.

  3. 03

    Result

Teams started catching their own failure modes before shipping, the confident but wrong number, the review step nobody actually performs, the agent given a task with no definition of done. The change we could observe was in what people rejected, not in what they produced.

  4. 04

    Broader insight

That result did not depend on the industry, the tool, or the model version. It depended on people having made a decision, watched it fail, and named why. Agentsable exists to run that loop deliberately, for people outside our client work.

Evidence, and the absence of it

  • Years of hands on delivery work at Spice Routes building and operating AI systems for real organisations.
  • The teaching method described on /method, already run with small groups in a professional setting.
  • Concrete failure cases used throughout this site, drawn from work we actually did.
  • A public archive of learner artifacts and review threads. Planned; does not exist yet.
  • Independent outcome data, salary changes, promotions, hiring results. We have none and will not imply otherwise.
  • Testimonials at scale, partner logos, or participant counts. The programme is early; there is nothing honest to show.

A documented absence is more useful to you than invented proof. When any of the bottom three become real, they will appear here with names attached.

Where could you apply this method in your own work?

The loop, decide, build, fail, diagnose, revise, is not specific to agents. If you want to run it against your own problem with people doing the same, that is what the current programme is for.
